Shipping policy

We know you're excited to get your order, and we're just as excited to send it off to you!

Orders will be shipped out within 14 business days after payment, unless one or more items need to be restocked or the order queue has a high volume of orders. Once the back-ordered item is restocked, the entire order will ship out. Occasionally orders can take longer to ship, such as around new releases or new special editions and launches. Keep this in mind if you're ordering for a special occasion or gift. Thank you for your understanding that your order is lovingly packed by Veronica/Luna and her husband!

In addition, we have no control over carrier delays once we hand off your package. In the event a carrier loses or damages your package en route to you, please file claims with the carrier.

Shipping rate speed only indicates how long your shipment will take once it is shipped with a carrier. Choosing priority shipping will not change your place in the order queue or get your order packed faster.

International customers please note: Any import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the order price or shipping rates. These are your responsibility. For additional information, check with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs could be prior to placing your order so your packages are not returned to sender.

Hardcover editions are not kept in stock in-house and are considered a preorder item. All hardcovers currently have a 6-12 week wait time due to Amazon’s slow fulfillment on orders to authors. Thanks for understanding!
