I ordered and haven't received any status updates yet. When will my order ship?

Orders are fulfilled in the order they're received in as long as they can be fulfilled. If a book is out of stock, your order packing will be placed on hold until the out of stock item(s) is available.

Once your order begins packaging and is sent out, you'll receive status updates to your email along with tracking information once your order ships.

I have a preorder but also want to shop a new launch. Can I combine orders to ship together?

Only part of my order has arrived. Where's the rest?

APPAREL & MERCH items are fulfilled off-site by our print on demand fulfillment partner. These will ship separately to you directly from the nearest fulfillment center and are not handled by us!

Will your latest release be available in your store?

Always! I add preorders for signed copies around 1-2 weeks prior to a book's release for all editions that have been revealed. Any new paperback edition coming to the store is generally a preorder until stock is received.

Why can't you ship to EU countries?

Unfortunately, due to the GPSR (General Product Safety Regulations), we are unable to meet the requirements to adhere to the new legislation for shipping to the 27 countries in the European Union as a small business.

If you have access to mail forwarding services, that is the suggestion to continue shopping with us.

I apologize for anyone affected and hope to be able to re-open shipping to the EU in the future.
